Position Expectations

Have a positive and professional attitude, and you must be a team player!

Must be able to teach a minimum of 2 classes a week.

Flexible schedule is a bonus.

Must hold an accredited group fitness or personal training certification.

Experience teaching group fitness isn’t required but is a bonus.

Must be able to help Front Desk + Sales Team close new membership.

Ability to hear constructive feedback and implement change quickly.
Job Description + Responsibilities

Teach Vesta brand HIIT classes with high energy, enthusiasm, and volume.
-
Greet all members coming into your class. Ensure every member feels seen and included.

Format lesson plans based on the Vesta HIIT class guidelines.

Set up and break down equipment necessary for class.

Follow all HIIT class guardrails.

Adhere to Vesta ambassadorship inside and outside of the studio. Represent Vesta Fitboxing at community events.

Complete opening and closing class protocols.

Complete cleaning protocols appropriate to the shift you are working.
-
Come in everyday with a positive and warm attitude.

Assist the Front Desk + Sales Team in closing new membership sales.

Be a team player and jump in to help the desk or members before or after class.

Possibility to train personal training clients out of Vesta. 70% of personal training cost goes to the trainer while 30% goes to Vesta Fitboxing. A $20 monthly, recurring, and non-contract Equipment & Facility Fee will be charged to any non-Vesta member utilizing personal training.
