OUR cardio kickboxing CLASSES offer A high intensity WORKOUT in a fast-paced, 55-minute session. Our kickboxing instructors set the tone for high energy, ass kicking, and constantly changing workouts that challenge all muscle groups by incorporating both cardio and strength training. We're not training the next big fighter, but rather focusing on providing a bad ass workout for everyone else!
