Must be able to work at least 2 days/shifts per week.

Flexible schedule is a bonus.

Sales experience is not a requirement but is a bonus.

Must be able to sell and close new memberships.

Ability to hear constructive feedback and implement change quickly.
Job Description + Responsibilities

All Front Desk + Sales Team Members must sell and hit a monthly membership sales quota. (Quota depends on Full-Time or Part-Time status).

Complete all opening, on-shift, and closing duties.

Check text messages, voicemails, and missed calls. Return any necessary messages or calls.

Greet all members with a warm and welcoming attitude. First time guests are a high priority.

Check-in all classes and follow class check-in procedures.

Train on and become proficient with our booking software (Mindbody).

Restock merch, drinks, and snacks.
-
Complete retail sales.
-
Accept and unpack deliveries.
-
Clean facilities and ensure door is locked upon leaving.

Represent Vesta Fitboxing at community events.
