Front Desk + Sales Team Member

 

Position Expectations

  • Have a positive and professional attitude, and you must be a team player!

  • Must be able to work at least 2 days/shifts per week.

  • Flexible schedule is a bonus.

  • Sales experience is not a requirement but is a bonus.

  • Must be able to sell and close new memberships.

  • Ability to hear constructive feedback and implement change quickly.

 

Job Description + Responsibilities

  • All Front Desk + Sales Team Members must sell and hit a monthly membership sales quota. (Quota depends on Full-Time or Part-Time status).

  • Complete all opening, on-shift, and closing duties.

  • Check text messages, voicemails, and missed calls. Return any necessary messages or calls.

  • Greet all members with a warm and welcoming attitude. First time guests are a high priority.

  • Check-in all classes and follow class check-in procedures.

  • Train on and become proficient with our booking software (Mindbody).

  • Restock merch, drinks, and snacks.

  • Complete retail sales.

  • Accept and unpack deliveries.

  • Clean facilities and ensure door is locked upon leaving.

  • Represent Vesta Fitboxing at community events.
