New Orleans native, honorary Georgia Peach, La’Sha found her love for kickboxing at Vesta through Ashley at a much needed time while working on her first Masters. It felt good walking through those doors, to the bag, clearing away the days’ troubles. What started off as just an amazing workout, soon turned into a passion she never knew she had. Vesta has been her happy place and she hopes to continue that wonderful feeling throughout the community.

 

Off the mats, she’s a foodie looking forward to taking her eating talents around the world.  Besides filling her mouth and boxing gloves, she also has a passion for filling minds with the importance of mental health and is currently pursuing her second Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. She’s honored to be amongst the coolest kids in Atlanta at Vesta!
