VESTA loves our community and is a welcoming space created to support you. We ask that all clients follow VESTA etiquette to ensure that every member of our community has a positive experience.

For any private training options, there is a 24-hr cancellation policy in place. Please change or cancel your session at least 24 hours prior to avoid losing the session. PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note expiration date upon purchasing.
In consideration of the VESTA fitboxing community, please plan to arrive with enough time to wrap your hands before class, and stay through the duration of the class. If you're not here at the start of class time and we don't know that you're on your way, your spot will be given away to a standby student and you will be considered a No Show. If we do not have any standby students we will allow you to jump in no later than 7 minutes after the start of class. No exceptions. If you come in after 7 minutes, you will be unable to jump into the class. We hate to turn someone away from their workout, but the warm up is imperative to prevent injuries and the trainers tailor their classes to the number of people that show up at the start, so coming in late throws them off and is a distraction to other members taking the class! Please be mindful of these things when you are booking classes and allow ample time in order to get to your scheduled class :)
Please check in at least 15 minutes before the start of class to ensure our crew will have time to wrap your hands. Coaches are not able to wrap hands once class begins.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made 6 hours prior to the start of class. For the 6:30am class, cancellations must be made the night before. If you're on the waitlist and haven't been moved in, please take yourself off the waitlist before bed, as you might be put in class while asleep.
Late cancellations and no- shows will result in a $10 charge to your account for monthly members. If you have purchased a class pack, 4-count, 8-count or a drop- in you will lose that class. This policy is to ensure that everyone who wants to get into class, gets in!
Due to high volume, we have added a wait list for each class. You will receive an automatic email or text up to 6 hours before the class notifying you're in! Please keep an eye on your emails and texts. if you get bumped into class and don't show up it will be treated as a late cancellation and you will be charged. If you can't make it you can take yourself off the waitlist before you get bumped in. if you are signed up for multiple waitlists and get into multiple classes you still must cancel the class you can't make it to 6 hours before or you will still be charged the late cancellation fee.
You may pause your program for up to 2 months with a $15 charge per month.
If you put your program on pause that time and payment rolls over to the end of your program.
contract cancellation policy
If you decide to cancel your 1 year, 6 month, or 3 month program before it ends you will be required to pay a penalty. Your penalty fee is half of the remaining payments on your program. I.e. If you are on the 1 year program and you have 6 months left, you will be required to pay 3 months worth of payments in one payment. After that you will no longer be able to take classes.
If you move 10 miles from any VESTA fitboxing location with proof of address or if you provide a doctors note saying you can no longer participate in physical activity, You will NOT be required to pay a penalty fee.
Your program will automatically renew after your initial program is coming to a close. i.e. after your 1 year membership is up, you will automatically renew into another year contract. Please give us 30 days notice if you decide not to renew. please email firstname.lastname@example.org to put in your notice. This does NOT mean your membership will renew into a month to month. If you are signed up for a 1 year program you will renew into another 1 year program and all cancellation policies are the same.
month to month contract cancellation policy
if you are on a month to month contract we require a 30 day notice to cancel your membership. to do so you will need to email email@example.com to put in your notice. once notice is sent you will be required to pay one last payment on your membership on your normal payment date. you'll be able to use that last month then your membership will be cancelled the following month.
