Get ready for the ENERGY! You all have seen her at the front desk greeting you as you come in for classes, now Lauren will also be in the HIIT room ready to give you a fun, high energy filled workout!

Lauren is a Georgia Peach who grew up playing Basketball, until her college years when she put sports away and picked up the books. She graduated from GSU with a degree in psychology, and a minor in nutrition.

She found VESTA in 2019, and her passion for movement became a driving force in her life. Her goal is to help as many people as she can find a love for movement. Don’t worry! If you can’t find her at the desk, you can now catch her in the HIIT room ready to give you a rockin’ class!
