My martial arts journey started in 2008 when I started training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. A couple of years later, I learned the error of my ways when I met my first Muay Thai coach, Sean Fagan (aka the Muay Thai Guy). I started striking and became an instructor in 2010 at Westchester MMA Fit in Mount Kisco, NY. In 2012, I started my fight journey. My current record is 5-5 and I remain the VFS Super Welter Weight Champion.
Muay Thai is my life! I've traveled to Thailand twice for training camps and have trained at gyms all across the country.
Originally from New York, I moved to Georgia in 2017. I met my good friend and training partner, Adam Silcio, while teaching at Bangkok Boxing and he introduced me to Vesta Fitboxing!
What makes me unique as a coach is that I work with people of all skill levels/goals. Whether you're looking to compete or just want to understand the fundamentals of a technique I got you. I give everyone the same degree of attention because this is my passion and I want everyone to fall in love with the sport the same way I did.
