Former water baby turned kickboxing baddie, AK was a 17-time All American and 4-time NCAA National Champion as a swimmer for Emory. She found her passion for kickboxing when it was time to hang up her goggles and hasn’t stop hitting the bag since! AK is a big fan of incorporating unilateral movement to strengthen your non-dominant side and making you into a badass, bipedal athlete! She has also recently started teaching in the HIIT room. In her free time, she works in the emergency room at a local pediatric hospital as an EMT and is graduating from nursing school soon.
